Terms of Service
Last updated August 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Capsule. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use Capsule.
The service
Capsule helps you organize the clothes you own and build day-by-day packing boards for your trips, which you can view, share by link, and export as a PDF. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Use a real email so you can recover access. You can use Capsule without an account, in which case your data stays on your device.
Your content
The photos, item names, and boards you add are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you and, for boards you choose to publish, to the people you share them with. You’re responsible for having the right to use any image you upload or import, including product images pulled from a store link.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Capsule to store or share anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse the service or access other people’s data.
Sharing
When you publish a board, its share link makes that board publicly viewable to anyone who has it. You’re in control: unpublishing disables the link.
Availability & “as is”
Capsule is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and to safeguard your data, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important (exporting a PDF is a good habit).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Capsule and its makers aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You can stop using Capsule at any time and ask us to delete your account.
